ORDERING FAQs

How long will it take for delivery of my order?
The Rundu Men Calendars, DVDs, Wetdreams coffee table book and playing cards are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail or 1st Class Mail Service and can take between 3 - 5 business days.

What is Flat-Rate Shipping?
We only charge one, low, flat-rate charge of $5.95 for shipping and handling regardless of the number of items in your order.

What is your delivery method?
We ship through the US Postal Service and all products are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail or 1st Class Mail Service.

Does your outer shipping packages contain any images of your products?
Our shipping packages are a mix of US Postal shipping materials and other plain, nondescript packaging and the outer packaging does not contain any of our product images.

Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. We will ship your order directly to your gift recipient at no extra charge with a little note so they know their special gift is from you. Just include your gift recipient's name and address in the "Shipping Address" portion of the online order form.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept secure online credit card payments, PayPal orders, secure credit card orders through PayPal and money orders. Attn CREDIT CARD USERS: If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay securely with your credit card. NO PayPal account signup required.

Do you accept checks?
At this time we only accept credit cards, PayPal and money orders.

How long does it take to receive Rundu prints?
Rundu prints are custom made and are shipped within 10 - 14 business days.  More FAQs about the prints can be found here.

Do you have a Guarantee / Return Policy?
Yes. We value you as a customer and stand behind our Rundu products 100%. If you receive a damaged product through the mail, just return it to us within 10 days of receipt and we will replace it or give you a full refund.

What is your Privacy Policy?  Will you share my email address?
Our Privacy Policy is not to share or sell your email address regardless of if you made a purchase and / or joined our email list.

How safe is it to order from your website?
While you can make your ordering selections on our website, we do not collect or store credit card data or your other sensitive ordering data directly on our website. We have partnered with PayPal and eProcessing Network; whom both use
either 128 or 256 bit level encryption, to process your actual credit card data. However, Rundu.com does have an SSL Certificate (Secure Socket Later Certificate) installed.

Do you accept International Orders?
At this time, we only accept orders that will be shipped to U.S. destinations and Military APO/FPO addresses.  We hope to ship to some international destinations in the future.


Rundu Giclee Canvas Prints FAQ

What is a Giclee print?

Giclee is a French term for the process of making fine art prints. Well crafted Giclee printmaking produces the highest possible reproduction quality obtained from the original film, digital or art source. The incredible quality of a Giclee print has made it the new standard in the fine art industry and is utilized by renowned galleries, museums, photographers and artists the world over. A Giclee is the closet replication of an original artwork available.

What is meant by Gallery Mounted?
Gallery Mount (also known as Gallery Wrap) derives its name from the way art is displayed in museums and galleries. The canvas edges are stretched around a wood frame and secured around the wood in the back.

Will I have to get my image framed?
Though you can frame your gallery mounted canvas, it's not necessary. The canvas is ready to hang on the wall as soon as you receive it. In fact, a sturdy wall hanging wire is already in place for you to hang your print.

Does the photographer sign the image?
Yes. Each image is hand signed on the back of the canvas by the photographer, Rundu. This ensures authenticity for a lifetime.
 
Do You Provide a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. A Certificate of Authenticity is provided with each print.
 
How are the prints shipped?
The prints are shipped flat in a well constructed shipping package via the U.S. Postal service or UPS unless otherwise specified. Pricing includes Gallery Mounting and your Rundu Sensual Canvas Collection Print will arrive stretched around an interior wood frame ready to hang. Also, though we anticipate your print arriving in excellent condition, if damaged, you can return it for a replacement or full refund.

Do you sell prints to international buyers?
Currently, we only ship our Rundu products to U.S. Destinations and Military APO/FPO addresses. We plan to offer International Shipping again in future.

Does shipping include anywhere in the United States?
Yes. Shipping includes all 50 states as well as Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and military addresses.

What is the actual size of the print?
The image area is the exact size stated (16x20 and 20x24). The actual canvas is larger to allow for stretching around the wood interior frame.

Do you offer the prints in custom sizes?
Yes; in most cases. Please send email to helpdesk@rundu.com and provide your size request. We will advise if we can accomodate the size and give you a quote.

When placing my order, do I use the print name?
Yes. Under each order option, there is a space for you to type in the name of your print(s).

What is the delivery time for prints?
Your Rundu Sensual Canvas Collection print is carefully produced on demand. Please allow approximately 10-14 business days for delivery.
